The 2025 Kilchoman Club Release has arrived: a 16 Year Old oloroso sherry single cask (No. 09/438, 53.8%) available only to Club Members from 12 noon (Islay time) on Wednesday, 3rd December.

This year’s release traces its roots back to the windswept fields of the Kilchoman farm. Distilled in 2009 from our 2008 Optic barley harvest - grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled here on Islay, this whisky represents the full cycle of our farm-to-bottle philosophy. After 16 patient years resting in a sherry butt, the spirit has developed a depth and richness of character, perfectly balancing citrus fruit, and winter spices.

SECURE A BOTTLE FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A 3-NIGHT STAY AT KILCHOMAN

Those buying a bottle of the Club Release will be automatically entered into a draw to win a three-night stay at the Kilchoman Long Field Cottage with a VIP distillery day experience. The four-bedroom cottage sits just 200m from the distillery, overlooking our barley fields and Loch Gorm, with sweeping views back toward Kilchoman.

The winner will be chosen at random and contacted by email once all Club Release bottles have been sold. Only those purchasing the Club Release 2025 will be entered into the draw. If no response is received from the chosen winner within seven days of being contacted, a new winner will be randomly selected. Accommodation only (prize excludes travel and other expenses). Maximum six persons. Date of trip to be agreed between the winner and Kilchoman. Last date of trip, December 2026.
